THE TRACKING # SHOWS THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET?
Sometimes the parcel has been pre-scanned, so it shows that it has been delivered when it is still en route. Typically, the parcel will arrive within 24 hours of this notice.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 24-48 hours of a "delivered" message, please contact us at info@shorewoodjewelry.com. We will contact our shipping carrier and file an investigation claim to obtain details about your package's whereabouts.

HOW WILL MY JEWELRY BE PACKAGED?
Every order comes in an ultrasuede jewelry pouch. This pouch sits neatly inside a beautiful white magnetic-closure Shorewood jewelry box.
Packed in Shorewood logo tissue paper, the jewelry box will sit inside a white shipping box, with a piece of white shipping tape with our logo on it.
The small shipping box is then put into a nondescript, plain white poly mailer bag. This bag will have the shipping label on it and for reasons of security, when in transit, will have no identifying logos on it, only the shipping label with the parcel's destination address on it.
If the jewelry is sent as a gift, it will arrive to your friend with no invoice, as the invoice will be mailed separately to you:)
